Our purpose at Nativity Academy is to reach children from the financially challenged neighborhoods of Louisville, and help them achieve success through education. We derive financial support from individual donors, special events, corporate and foundation grants and bequests.
The families of the students at Nativity Academy pay only a small amount, $20 a month in an activity fee. We raise every dollar it takes to provide hope for our children: hope to reach beyond the poverty and struggles that plague them; hope for a better way of life through the education they receive at this unique and academically challenging academy.
Donors make a commitment to “sponsor” a student for the four years they are at Nativity. To sponsor a child fully for one year, we request $10,000. The cost to sponsor a student for one year for the academic portion only is $5,000. Student Sponsors have the option of meeting their student, have opportunities to visit the academy, and receive regular updates from their student’s.

Our summer enrichment program is two weeks for each grade and costs $200 per child. A gift of $100 will help us purchase a child new textbooks. A gift of $50 will provide supplies and uniforms for a child. Every gift makes a difference in the life of our students. Or, maybe you would like to help with the upkeep and transformation of our facility.
