7 – Dinner at Porcini Restaurant with Archbishop Shelton Fabre
Nativity Academy is thrilled to offer this unique and priceless opportunity for 6 people to join Archbishop Shelton for a private dinner at Porcini Restaurant.
March 30 marks the one-year anniversary of Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre’s installation as the tenth Bishop and fifth Archbishop of Louisville. In his first year, Archbishop Fabre met parishioners and priests, visited school children, ordained men, served the hungry, traveled to Rome and addressed questions of racism.
Before he was appointed to lead the Archdiocese of Louisville, he led the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux in southern Louisiana, some 60 miles southwest of New Orleans.
Archbishop Fabre’s first year has focused on getting to know the people and priests of the archdiocese. He celebrated 11 regional welcoming Masses — that took him from the city’s West End to the East End and into parishes around the archdiocese. Those liturgies ended with long lines of parishioners eager to meet and welcome him.
Now, this is your chance, to welcome and meet Archbishop Shelton in a personal setting with friends.

9 – Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Yr. Old
This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as
possible.
We add just a splash of our Kentucky limestone well-water
when we empty the barrels for bottling.
Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find.
Rare find.

10 – King of Kentucky & Old Forester Birthday Bourbon
King of Kentucky was established in 1881 as a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Brown-Forman acquired the brand in 1936 from Selected Kentucky Distillers and, by 1940, converted it to a blended whiskey until it was discontinued in 1968. In 2018, the brand was released as a rebirth of the classic brand by Brown-Forman.
The original King of Kentucky label was named in honor of horse racing, also known as the “sport of kings.”
King of Kentucky, released its fifth edition in 2022, including a 15-year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, featuring a premium embossed label with a stamp border and details. Approximately 3,500 bottles were released mainly in Kentucky with only a limited quantity released in Ohio and Indiana. King of Kentucky 15 year is bringing a premium price on the secondary market.
Old Forester’s 22nd iteration of its limited-edition, vintage-dated Birthday Bourbon created in celebration of founder George Garvin Brown’s birthday. This year marks the 152nd year of the company he began in 1870.
The 2022 Birthday Bourbon is presented at 96 proof. After showing exceptionally unique character during a tasting panel, the 11-year old barrels were chosen specifically for Birthday Bourbon. The full allotment of product represents one day’s production of Old Forester.
